Sherrie Douglas, MBA, ACC

Sherrie is a leadership consultant and executive coach who focuses on optimizing the performance of executives and their teams. Since attending the Columbia University coaching program, Sherrie has worked with a range of senior leaders in investment banking, energy, and technology. In addition to multiple coaching approaches, Sherrie brings 25 years of experience in investment banking, technology start-ups, and global United Nations non-governmental organizations (UN NGO) to facilitate leader success through growth and change.

Background and Experience

Sherrie began her business career in banking law with the prestigious firm of Skadden Arps, after completing her M.B.A. in finance at Columbia University. She then moved to global investment banking at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for business development, transaction management, and relationship management with senior leaders at multiple Fortune 500 firms. Later, Sherrie became the head of business development for North America at MYCELX Technologies for more than 10 years. In addition to her corporate experience, Sherrie was the founding executive director (currently serving as chief financial officer and board member) for the past 15 years for Chernobyl Children’s International, a UN NGO.

In 2014, Sherrie decided to shift her career focus to coaching to help the leaders she had worked so closely with to optimize their capabilities and performance. She completed the Columbia University coaching program and has been working with senior leaders and their teams in a variety of industries.
