Brittany Joslyn

Brittany is a senior consultant with over a decade of diverse experience in leadership development, human resources consulting, counseling psychology, and career development. Through high-impact leadership assessment, coaching, and interactive presentations, she helps clients gain a better understanding of themselves, unlock their potential, and accelerate forward. She has a particular focus on emotional intelligence, as well as emerging leader and high potential development. Brittany completed the A. Dale Thompson Fellowship in executive assessment and coaching for Leadership Worth Following, where she conducted assessments and provided feedback and coaching for a wide range of leaders.

Background and Experience

Brittany is a senior consultant specializing in leadership development. She provides executive coaching and leadership assessment for selection and development. She has a particular focus on emotional intelligence, as well as emerging leader and high potential development. In addition, Brittany regularly conducts high-impact, intensive leadership development training.

Brittany spent a number of years at a boutique leadership development firm, where she played an active role in assessing, coaching, and developing leaders at Fortune 500 companies. She also gained experience building and launching custom assessment centers. Prior to this experience, she worked in Mercer’s human capital practice, where she conducted executive compensation assessments for national and global organizations. She also served as a career coach and course instructor at Florida State University’s world-renowned career center.
