Sarah Savage, Ph.D., CECC

Sarah is a senior consultant with Berman Leadership Development and holds over a decade’s experience in learning and leadership, coaching and assessment, talent development and psychological research. Through an evidence based coaching methodology, she helps her clients ‘fast-track’ their potential, strengthen capabilities and accelerate performance. Sarah has a particular interest and focus on mindset, as well as emerging and high potential leaders and leaders in transition.

Background and Experience

Sarah is a senior consultant specializing in bespoke leadership development. Sarah’s coaching is underpinned by principles from psychology and neuroscience and is supplemented with executive assessment. With her experience in high performance environments, she brings a unique real-world understanding of the challenges facing leaders to her coaching practice.

Sarah’s early career involved psychological research and assessment. Before transitioning to professional coaching, she worked for a decade at Goldman Sachs and AQR Asset Management. In both organizations, she held a range of learning and talent roles and coached internally as part of leadership and high potential talent programs. Through this Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the nuance of coaching within an organizational context.
