Executive Advisory

Receive unbiased, objective advice and counsel from seasoned executive coaches in a trusted thought partnership.

It Doesn’t Have to be Lonely at the Top

Executives understand that everyone around them has an agenda. As a result, they may feel constrained when seeking honest counsel from organization colleagues. In our experience, top performing leaders want coaches who tell them what they think, are willing to challenge their ideas and intrinsic beliefs, and provide direction based on deep experience and organizational understanding.

Our executive consultants have the combination of deep knowledge and broad experience in people, organizations, and business that makes them uniquely valuable. They understand the executive’s world, know about change, and can advise on complex interpersonal and political dynamics. Furthermore, they are willing to provide the feedback that leaders will not receive from others — asking tough questions and challenging assumptions even when the leader believes they are right.

Challenge

Our executive advisors challenge assumptions, beliefs, and expectations to help them take a step back and gain perspective.

Confront

Our coaches identify self-limiting beliefs, overused strengths, and stress-based derailers.

Advise

We suggest alternatives based on best business practices, broad experience, and a deep understanding of human behavior.

Perspective

Our coaches bring compassion, courage, and wisdom to the relationship,  addressing the whole person in context.

Lead Through Complexity, Not Control

The CEO of a publicly traded fintech firm had led the company through massive growth and its IPO over two decades. When he decided to step down, he wasn’t leaving entirely—he’d remain as a senior research fellow. This created unusual complexity: Who had final authority? How would power transfer? And how could the CEO step back without destabilizing the business?

This wasn’t a coaching situation. It required real-time strategic advisory.

We partnered with the CEO to help him navigate company politics, manage a complex board dynamic, support succession planning—even when he disagreed with the board’s choice—and lead through crises without undermining new leadership. Together, we developed a systematic transition plan, framed decisions about future roles, and preserved investor and team confidence during a time of uncertainty.
