CASE STUDY: Building Strong Teams in a Post-Pandemic World
Soon after the COVID-19 pandemic, a European pharmaceutical company approached Berman Leadership to transform seven core organizational teams focused on guiding new products from research to commercialization. The co-lead structure created opportunities for enhanced collaboration while requiring clearer coordination to optimize team dynamics. The teams needed greater clarity in their roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority to more effectively leverage the organization’s governance model.
