Background and Experience

Anita brings an open, honest, and direct approach from her global consulting experience at Bain & Company and in management roles at Novartis, Pfizer, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Anita teaches leadership development at NYU Wagner School of Public Service and the National Institutes of Health to cohorts of senior executive leaders. Additionally, Anita is an adjunct instructor for iCoachGlobal. Beyond healthcare, Anita coaches diverse clients across professional services and high-tech industries. She has coached over 500 underrepresented individuals as a career coach with Management Leadership for Tomorrow. She currently serves as the treasurer for the NYC Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She is completing a mindfulness teaching program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
