As a coach and consultant, Candice advises her clients on leadership coaching, career transitions, talent management, and employee engagement to deliver on business strategy. Candice partners one-on-one with leaders to accelerate their performance. Her approach involves a blend of personalized assessments, clear goal setting, and focused development strategies to unlock their full potential.

Background and Experience

Prior to consulting, Candice served as Global Head of Talent Development at KKR, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s cultural initiatives and leadership pipeline. She designed and implemented curriculums and coaching for newly promoted and transitioning leaders, led global onboarding and orientation programs, and oversaw the firm’s bespoke training efforts. She also provided counsel to teams at KKR’s portfolio companies. As a trusted partner to leadership, she advised executives on the human capital decisions and cultural shifts needed to inspire and engage employees at all levels.

Candice began her career in Human Capital Management at UBS. Over the course of a decade with the firm, she held a variety of global strategic advisory roles including head of Professional Development, Talent Partner for Asset Management, and Director of their Executive Director key talent program. Each of these positions allowed her to shape talent strategies, drive leadership development, and strengthen organizational performance across the firm.

Candice builds relationships rooted in trust and authenticity. From advising executives on how to empower and maximize talent, to collaborating with teams to drive meaningful change, colleagues and peers have come to depend on Candice as a partner, coach, and creative solutions provider.
