Background and Experience

Dana began her business career at McKinsey serving clients across industries. She quickly found results improved when she coached executives on communication strategies that complemented her team’s proposed business solutions. Dana was asked to assume a senior internal people role, which included forming high-functioning client teams and coaching senior consultants. Subsequently, she joined Tishman Speyer, the leading real estate developer/investment manager. Over the course of 20+ years as a senior managing director and senior advisor, Dana defined and led their Human Capital Strategy, supporting growth and expansion across five continents. A key role was the ongoing coaching of senior executives and succession planning. She continued to refine her approach to solving complex people issues, tackling these with empathy, as business problems. Now working across multiple clients, she creates a shared vision for success and together they agree on tactics that are achievable and aligned with personal principles. Whether working in tech, life sciences, PE or with other clients, Dana believes culture is a defining attribute – worthy of articulation and attention. Cultures are dynamic and should evolve. How leaders show up and interact is critical to culture, with the power to serve as motivation and drive success.

Originally from Boston, Dana now splits her time between Park City, Utah, and New York City.
