Background and Experience
As a leadership coach and group facilitator for over a dozen Harvard Business School Executive Education Programs, Deb has partnered with senior leaders from more than 45 countries. Her client list includes Fortune 500 companies, venture capital and private equity backed startups, professional service firms, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to launching her coaching practice in 2003, Deb held leadership roles in corporate human resources and product management at a global financial services firm where she partnered with the systems and technology group to set the strategic direction and create a multi-year product roadmap for a segment of the business. She was also a partner at a boutique executive career management firm, had profit and loss responsibility at a multinational workforce solutions corporation, and has taught Dynamics of Interpersonal Relationships as an adjunct professor.
Deb has been published or quoted in multiple publications on issues related to leadership, talent management, and workplace trends, and has facilitated programs in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, and Israel.
