Elisabeth is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of commercial success and innovation in the digital industry since 1997, across SaaS, FinTech, marketplaces and e-commerce. She now applies her deep expertise in leadership, product strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), digital innovation and commercial growth as a leadership coach, non-executive director, and product advisor.

Background and Experience

Elisabeth has held senior leadership roles within venture capital and private equity backed start-ups, as well as major global companies such as PayPal, eBay and RELX. Her leadership at RELX played a pivotal role in growing a portfolio of AI-enabled business-to-business products and generating annual revenues exceeding £1 billion. In 2022, she joined the board of esure Group (owned by Bain Capital), a leader in the United Kingdom (UK) automotive and home insurance industry. In 2024, Elisabeth joined the Software Advisor Board of LivingBridge, a mid-market private equity firm, as Product Advisor.

As a leader in product innovation, Elisabeth actively contributes to responsible AI initiatives. She was a member of the European Commission High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence & Ethics and served on the AI Ethics Steering Board at Digital Catapult, a UK innovation centre of AI.
