Ellie is an executive coach, leadership & team consultant, and career strategist with expertise in linking critical talent decisions to business drivers. Her passion lies in helping people and teams see and reach their potential, while impacting the purpose and bottom line of organizations. As an intuitive and curious leader, Ellie leverages her resourcefulness to solve problems with care, grace, and a bit of humor. She listens to the very best in others, even when they can’t hear it for themselves.

Background and Experience

Ellie’s career spans more than 25 years in the life sciences and medical technology industries with diverse, multifunctional experience in Fortune 500, mid-size, and start-up organizations. She is a partner to organizations seeking to optimize talent and a skilled facilitator and coach to leaders at every level. Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Ellie was the senior director of commercial training and leadership development at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, where she led a dynamic team that set “best in class” standards. She also enjoyed commercial roles with progressive responsibility at Medtronic Cardiovascular, Bard Endoscopic Technologies, and Muro Pharmaceuticals.

Ellie demonstrates her commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing people underrepresented in senior positions through her long-term volunteer work at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), an organization whose mission is to accelerate workplace equality. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Institute of Coaching McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School, Human Resource Leadership Forum, and New England Human Resource Association.
