Gabby Staal

Gabby is a highly seasoned international certified executive coach, team coach, and leadership development specialist, with over 25 years of experience, both as a coach, and as an executive in the financial industry. He is very professional, trustworthy, compassionate, warm, and at the same time ‘sharp like a razor’, always striving for the best results.

Background and Experience

Starting as a management trainee in the financial industry, Gabby climbed up the ladder to vice president. During this successful career, he took a deep dive into a broad variety of disciplines like marketing, sales, finance, investments, risk, strategy, and (senior) management. He was involved with clients from many different industries. Developing people and teams became his passion, and in 2006 Gabby started his career as a certified coach and set up his own business. Since then, he has coached hundreds of managers, focusing on developing senior leaders (C-Suite to middle managers). In addition to the private sector, Gabby was invited to the Core Group Organizational Development of the European Commission. 

Having worked as an executive in the financial industry, and making a switch to coaching & consultancy, gives Gabby a rather unique combination of being able to tap into soft & hard skills. Being quality driven in all the work he does, Gabby is multiple certified and served as President of the International Coach Federation in the Netherlands. 
Gabby works fluently in Dutch and English.
