Background and Experience

Jim Jones has partnered with global companies, government agencies, nonprofits and academic institutions, and is a recognized expert in inclusive leadership and cultural intelligence. Jim spent a decade and a half at the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications where he partnered with media and entertainment industry leaders and top academic institutions to design and implement executive leadership development curricula for mid- to senior-level executives. Ultimately, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business asked him to join the school’s executive coaching team and to serve as a guest faculty member. Jim blends psychological insight, business acumen, and cultural fluency to realign leadership dynamics and accelerate strategic cohesion.

In addition to his Ivy League educational background, James C. Jones also was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to study opera and concert repertoire in Paris. His unique global and cross-cultural exposure and training has provided him with the tools and insights to re-anchor leaders and their teams in shared purpose and values.
