Jeremy Selekman

Jeremy has over 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of leadership and organizational development. He specializes in executive assessment and coaching. He has assessed executives for key positions and coached them to measurable gains in those roles. Jeremy also provides team development and management training for leaders and their teams.

Background and Experience

As both a psychologist and businessman, Jeremy brings an in-depth understanding of people and what it takes to be an effective leader to his work. As a coach, he brings individuals strengths into clearer view, and leverages these insights to develop self-awareness, professional growth, and skill enhancement. Jeremy teaches that when people are clear on who they are and the distinct value they bring, they are then in a better position to leverage their unique talents to inspire, motivate and influence. Jeremy has managed his own consulting practice for almost a decade. Prior to this, he was the senior vice president of executive assessment and coaching for 10 years with BeamPines, Inc., a talent management firm in New York City. There, he developed and managed the assessment and coaching practices, including serving as a master coach for the BeamPines/Middlesex master’s program in executive coaching.

Jeremy began his career in healthcare, working for Hahnemann University Hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital and Christiana Hospital. In these venues, he provided crisis management services and psychological care to individuals, couples, and families.
