Background and Experience

From the very start of her career, Lisa ‘cut her professional teeth’ coaching clients from the world’s most respected companies. She was also rigorously and scientifically trained at some of the world’s best institutions. Coupled with her highly pragmatic nature, these foundations shaped Lisa into a coach who’s known among clients for her unique strengths in evidence-based solutions, and as described by relieved executives, “[her] ability to quickly separate the wheat from the chaff” no matter the situation. Lisa’s been an executive coach at Harvard Business School for 8+ years in their senior executive education programs and also coaches directly for companies and executives. She works with senior leaders (e.g., chairmen, CEOs, SVPs, founders, GMs, VPs etc.) and ‘high potential’ leaders. Industries span technology, professional services, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and beyond. Lisa uses multiple methods to identify root causes and hidden patterns that hinder personal and company results.

Lisa is also a collaboration consultant and thought leader. Her consulting and award-winning research focus on barriers to organizational change and effectiveness, specializing in bridging siloed units, and identifying what leaders commonly miss when attempting to foster collaborations. Lisa prioritizes highly leverageable insights and interventions that lead to outsized improvements. She speaks to executive audiences, ranging 90-350 people, on these topics. Lisa’s also taught internationally and domestically, including at the Harvard School of Public Health.
