Lucienne Lunn

Background and Experience

At Berman Leadership Development, Lucienne provides executive and organizational assessment, development planning, and executive coaching for a range of industries. Her clients benefit from her interdisciplinary approach, which is informed by her training in psychology, law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Integrating insights from these fields, Lucienne helps executives identify critical areas of focus and make the changes needed to lead in a complex and changing world. During her years with Berman Leadership Development, Lucienne has worked in financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and manufacturing companies.

Prior to moving to coaching, Lucienne had experience in several business sectors and culture. At home in the US, she worked in food services, correctional institutions, and mental health settings. In Australia, she assisted a judge in the criminal court system, and she contributed to an initiative to promote natural resource transparency in Liberia. She has collaborated with researchers and performed and toured as a professional musician.
