Clients value the improvements they experience in sustainable high performance through her strategic, pragmatic, strengths & evidence-based approach. Her experience spans across leaders within several sectors, including financial, commercial, scientific, and engineering, as they develop new and critical capacities to navigate today’s challenges and demands. She is an experienced executive and team coach, presenter, and educator, with a unique international profile.

Background and Experience

High performance is second nature to Nancy. She has built her executive development and consulting practice on the foundation of two previous careers, first as a classical ballet soloist, followed by her second career as a board-level executive where she gained over 15 years of experience as a senior leader at global and European levels in the engineering, healthcare, IT, and public affairs sectors.

Nancy’s signature approach to leadership development and coaching is informed by research on high performance, resilience, mental & emotional agility, and the impact they have on accelerating and sustaining growth. She works with evidence-based frameworks including the neuroscience of leadership, adult development, systemic transformation, stages of change, motivation, and habit formation.
At home with major transformations and organizational change, Nancy draws from her senior leadership roles in the integrations of five cross-border acquisitions, corporate portfolio restructurings and changes through crises & disruptive technologies. Nancy has lived and worked in six countries.
