Rebecca Turner

Becky is a San Francisco-based organizational consultant with over 30 years’ experience as an executive coach, facilitator of team development and conflict resolution, behavioral science researcher and academic leader. She has supported a variety of industries. Some of these include financial services, technology (startup to Fortune 100, legal, medical, and healthcare. Becky has consulted to C-suite leaders, such as chief executive officers, chief technology officers, chief science officers, and vice presidents in northern California, Silicon Valley and other regions in the United States and Europe. She is known for getting results in extremely challenging situations.

Background and Experience

Becky started her consulting career in Washington, D.C., There, she served government clients, such as the National Institutes of Health and Department of Health and Human Services. Since 2003, she has consulted to multiple leaders in diverse industries, including technology, finance, medical, real estate, wine, higher education, and art. She has worked with leaders at the senior director, vice president and C-suite levels. Earlier on, Becky worked as a research scientist doing work that was funded by various grants to study health risk behaviors and the neuroscience of stress at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. She subsequently taught organizational assessment, executive coaching, and team dynamics at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco.

Becky is an expert at helping individual contributors make the transition from focusing on their own career to providing the right vision and culture for others to flourish and meet business objectives. She works with senior management and their teams to build trust and manage conflict effectively so that their collaborative efforts have a positive impact on the whole organization. She is known for getting results in extremely challenging situations.
