Renée brings over 20 years of coaching, consulting, and business experience to her executive client engagements. With a style that is warm, direct, and insightful, she coaches executives and senior teams to enhance leadership skills, produce results, and achieve personal and organizational objectives. She has worked with clients in financial services, technology, private equity, life sciences, biotech, healthcare, non-profits, and executive education. Whether working in a one-on-one executive coaching relationship, or “teamcoaching” a senior management group, Renée works with her clients to produce insight, clarity, and action.

Background and Experience

As an executive coach for the past 20 years, Renée has worked with hundreds of executives and senior teams at some of America’s leading corporations. These include Biogen, Amgen, Sarepta Pharmaceuticals, Tesaro, Bain Capital, Boston Private, Hewlett Packard, Blue Shield of California, Abry Partners, and Charles River Associates. In addition, Renée provides coaching to executive participants in Harvard Business School’s advanced management program. Her pro-bono work includes leadership coaching with The Gratitude Network, a not-for-profit organization that supports social impact entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses. From 2002-2008, Renée served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Authentic Leadership. From 1996-2000, Renée directed the leadership practice at a boutique management training and consulting firm. Previously, she worked for a Fortune 250 industrial manufacturer, where she held senior line management and human resource positions. 

Recently empty-nested, Renée lives and works bi-coastally, splitting her time between Boston and San Francisco.
