Scott is a board-certified executive coach and organizational consultant with over 20 years of experience in helping leaders and organizations achieve their goals. He has advised executives and teams across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and professional services. He has worked with CEOs and teams at the C-suite, managing director, vice president, and general management levels. Scott has a business and operations background with profit and loss responsibility, serving in both vice president and managing director roles.

Background and Experience

Scott’s coaching approach is both practical and behavioral. He uses a positive and balanced approach with his clients, and various methods to support and challenge, knowing when to coach, and when to advise or consult. Scott connects with clients quickly and tailors coaching to individual needs. His coaching approach is informed by Stakeholder Centered Coaching, seeking to understand context, culture, and to demonstrate results.

Scott received a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with training at Yale and Harvard affiliated sites and completed a certification program in Organizational Consulting Psychology. Scott is a former Executive Board member of the Society of Consulting Psychology.
