Steve Harap

Steve is an experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, and facilitator. As a seasoned consultant his experience is drawn from assessing and working with leaders from a broad range of companies around the globe. Steve’s coaching work focuses on helping executives become better leaders through the identification and honing of necessary competencies. In addition to providing coaching and assessment services, Steve is a skilled facilitator with a highly interactive, enthusiastic, and dynamic approach.

Background and Experience

Steve’s career has incorporated both internal corporate and external consulting roles. Corporate positions have included: Head of Learning & Development at Ferrara Candy Company; Principal, Talent Management and Organization Development at Commonwealth Edison; Coaching & Leadership Development Consultant for Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America; and Management and Leadership Coach at Deloitte. Steve’s consulting roles have included: Managing Consultant and Head of Coaching – North America at YSC (now part of Accenture), a global leadership consultancy; and President/Founder of Partners for Productivity, Inc., a leadership development consultancy. Steve also has experience in health care management and the provision of clinical behavior health services.
