She has over 15 years of experience heading leadership, manager, and talent development at multiple levels – from individual leadership and growth coaching to the creation and implementation of global leadership and development programs for Fortune 500 companies.
Before transitioning to professional coaching, Suzie worked for over a decade at UBS Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase in London, New York, and Chicago. In both organizations she held a range of learning and talent roles where she served as a talent management executive, HR strategist, executive coach, instructional designer, and facilitator. These experiences have given her the unique ability to provide an insider perspective on how companies view and successfully empower talent. She leverages a wide variety of proven methodologies, creative design, and practical tools to provide custom solutions.
She is a proud dreamer, traveler, yogi, and overall supporter of passionate people. She currently lives in Madison, WI with her husband and two adventurous toddlers.
