Dr. Boardman is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience in leading change, developing leaders, and strengthening team performance. She helps leaders gain deeper insight into their styles and leverage them to strengthen team performance, effectively manage individual and group dynamics, better navigate change, and successfully execute strategic initiatives. Her clients become more authentic and agile leaders by expanding their capacity to cultivate effective relationships, empower others, and support well-being within their teams and organizations.

Background and Experience

Dr. Boardman works with individuals to fully develop their capacity to be transformational leaders. They become more adaptive and resilient as they create an organizational culture of innovation and well-being. She has provided extensive executive coaching, leadership development, team development, and change management consultations within and across organizational levels. Her extensive use of psychological science includes personalized assessments and ongoing feedback to optimize strengths, identify and manage blind spots, and enhance resiliency and well-being. This process allows leaders to expand their capacity for transformational change as they focus on aligning actions with their core values and sustain peak performance.

With her experience as a healthcare leader, Dr. Boardman brings a breadth of experience and capabilities in change management and personal development across the leadership journey. She has worked with healthcare executives, physician leaders, nurse leaders, and attorneys. She serves on the executive board of the Society for Psychologists in Leadership and is an active member of the Society for Consulting Psychology.
