Thuy began her career in the federal healthcare system, where she led large interdisciplinary teams and held key leadership roles, including Associate Chief of Staff for Mental Health and Chief of Psychology Services. Her experience navigating complexity and guiding professionals through high-stakes change informs her approach to leadership development today. She has coached healthcare executives, physician and nurse leaders, and senior professionals across multiple sectors, drawing on structured frameworks for resilience, change readiness, and values-based decision-making. Dr. Boardman also serves on the executive board of the Society for Psychologists in Leadership and is an active member of the Society for Consulting Psychology.
