Background and Experience

Working with senior executives and accomplished professionals across a variety of cultural backgrounds and industries, and drawing from his diverse experience, Tim has developed a strengths-based coaching style that focuses on the unique value and potential of each individual. He firmly believes that people change by becoming more of what they are, not when trying to become something they are not. After starting his career in banking and finance, he moved abroad where he gained first-hand work experience in education, tourism, and media before choosing a permanent career in leadership development in 2009. From helping leadership teams align on vision and strategy, to coaching executives to develop the right mindset and skill set to achieve their goals, Tim works with a variety of development tools and methods to guide the discovery process.
