Background and Experience

As a former chief human resources officer, Toni has served as a strategic thought partner to the chief executive officer and the leadership team of a 10,000-employee healthcare system in western New York. She also facilitated both individual and organizational transformation. Her strength lies in broad experience and ability to partner with senior leaders for successful outcomes. Recent team facilitation includes cohorts of senior women leaders to enhance peer-to-peer consultation, and anti-racism workshops for executives. Toni has been a valued business partner and trusted advisor for over 25 years in human resources. Her global experience across multiple industries, includes Time Warner Inc., The Worth Collection, Citigroup, Bankers Trust and Electronic Data Systems. Inspired by a commitment to coaching women and minority leaders, Toni’s practice includes coaching for greater agility in navigating corporate landscapes, growing skills to advance to the next level, and pivoting for career change when needed. Coaching clients include those in professional services firms, healthcare, consumer retail, banking, manufacturing, publishing, education, and faith-based organizations.
