Vanni Landi

Background and Experience

Vanni’s journey has taken him from a degree in pharmaceutical chemistry into psychology, including qualifications in systemic family therapy and team coaching. Twenty years of study and practice of psychosynthesis led him to have a deep knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human psyche. His work experience ranges from the field of self-realisation and individual development to leading and training of groups. He is passionate about helping individuals to express the best of themselves, giving them tools to become aware about the “best” already present.

Thanks to his degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and seven years’ work experience in clinical studies in multinational companies, Vanni is aware of the latest research in neuroscience. When integrated with psychology, this research reveals how hitherto unseen neural connections have particularly relevant implications for organisational leaders. In his prior work, Vanni worked in clinical studies at Pharmacia in Milan and head of coaching services at MEDISinn AG in Munich. Vanni delivers coaching and training in English, Italian and German.
